For our Business Process Automation Group, Compliance Tool & Call Centre Divisions:

Before highlighting the characteristics of a Serex perfect lead one must understand that a McDonald’s is not a hamburger joint. It is a highly sophisticated and finely tuned business process that franchisees are paying millions of dollars for.

Our goal is to help companies become a McDonald’s. Our process is simple:

    1. We start by mapping the various processes and workflows
    2. Once mapped we then optimize those processes and workflows
    3. Next we automate those optimized processes and workflows using all kinds of different tools and systems like:
        1. CRM systems
        2. Marketing Automation systems
        3. Customer Service systems
        4. Project Management systems
        5. Low Code / No Code systems
        6. Procurement systems

We have had success in many different types of companies. The best ones for us are companies or individuals that have one or more of these characteristics:

      1. Are selling their company and would like to review, optimize and automate their processes / workflows to increase valuations.
